Here is the schedule for the ballot Drawing on Wednesday, December 20th.
Each contested office will have a specific time, and during those fifteen minutes, we will do the following:
Pick the ballot order by you, someone designated by your campaign, or our secretary Ceci Carpio will draw for you. The drawing order will follow the same order you filed as candidates.
We will take a picture of the ball that you drew to place it in our socials, and our Primary Committee will confirm it.
Also, we will ask you to verify that your name on the ballot is spelled correctly per your application because this will be the last time to do so before we send the order to the Secretary of State and the Elections Department.
Also, if you are unable to attend but would like to designate someone to draw for you, please either call or email us before 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 20 (915-600-5040 or primaryoffice@elpasodemocrats.com) with your name and who you're designating.
